Service Advisor
With 18 years of experience in the automotive industry, Jason has spent the past 15 years managing full-service automotive repair facilities. He began his career as a C-Level Technician, where he developed a strong technical foundation before transitioning into service advising and management. His combination of hands-on experience, leadership, and customer service expertise allows him to help customers make informed decisions while ensuring every vehicle receives honest, high-quality care.

Jason is passionate about building lasting relationships with customers and creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. His commitment to integrity, clear communication, and exceptional service has been the cornerstone of his career.

Outside of the shop, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, Taylor, and their three children. He is an avid motorcycle enthusiast who enjoys everything from dirt bikes to street bikes. Jason has also dedicated more than 16 years to training in Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As both an Assistant Coach and student at Black Diamond Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he values discipline, continuous learning, and teamwork—qualities that carry over into his leadership and commitment to serving Allen's Automotive customers every day.
