Justen Shanle brings over 16 years of automotive industry experience to the Allen's Automotive team. After graduating from Automotive Training Center in 2008, he spent 7 years as a hands-on automotive technician before moving into fleet management, where he gained 5 years of experience overseeing vehicle maintenance and operations. He then transitioned into leadership, spending the past 4 years as a Service Manager, combining his technical expertise with a passion for leading teams and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Having worked both under the hood and in management, Justen understands what it takes to ensure every vehicle is repaired correctly and every customer is treated with honesty and respect. His goal is to build trust through clear communication, accurate recommendations, and quality workmanship while helping his team provide the best possible service every day.

Outside of work, Justen's Christian faith is an important part of his life. He enjoys spending time with his three children and making memories with his family. Whether he's camping, fishing, or enjoying the outdoors, Justen values every opportunity to unplug and spend time with the people who matter most.
